Our business recovery suites are designed to provide you with no nonsense, robust and resilient office facilities allowing you to continue operations to the desired timescales of your business continuity programme.

Located in Jersey and Guernsey they include state-of-the-art data centres for your business continuity servers. Itex offers both dedicated and shared facilities with over 500 seats in Jersey and 600 in Guernsey.

Shared Recovery Suites

Our shared recovery suites, which vary in size according to your needs, are all equipped with office basics, including networked printers, faxes, copiers, storage facilities and a PC and telephone on each desk. Kitchen and shower facilities are also provided along with adequate parking.

Sharing with only four other subscribers (not within your operating locale), each suite is offered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, with any invocation taking priority over tests and scheduled work.

On invocation, or for your testing and plan maintenance, PCs are connected to your servers (which are located in our secure data centres) and images of your data, specific to your business, can be installed quickly and efficiently.

Telephone services are provided from our central telephone switch and call diversion is enabled through the local telecom provider, allowing your staff to continue operations seamlessly from your chosen recovery centre.

Dedicated Recovery Suites

An alternative to a shared recovery suite, your organisation may prefer one of Itex’s dedicated suites which would be available to you at all times.

You can choose to have your dedicated recovery suite as a ‘room only’ option where you fit out the facility, or Itex can undertake a fully furnished turnkey solution designed to your exact specification, and can even include technology refresh options.
